I have always been interested in yoga and I have been practicing for over 20 years in various styles including Iyengar, Forrest, Jivamukti and Ashtanga. In 2018, I finally took the plunge to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow at Sampoorna Yoga, Goa in October 2018 which was one of the most incredible and joyous times of my life.
I have always been active since being a county swimmer. Yoga has always enriched my life and provides me with a solid grounding and calm that enables me to navigate the many challenges that modern life presents. I love to share this yoga knowledge whenever I can with friends, family and anyone that wants to hear!
Off the mat, I love movement in all forms, the outdoors, travel, reading, cooking, paddle boarding and dancing.
