Jo has practised yoga for over 20 years. She spent 10 years practising Iyengar Yoga in Cambridge with her teacher, Antonia Boyes-Dring, before moving to Ely and discovering Yoga Studio Ely.

Jo trained at The Special Yoga Foundation in London with Jo Manuel, one of the UK's leading experts on the long term therapeutic benefits of Yoga for children and has additional qualifications in Yoga for children with Autism and ADHD.
