Mantra Chanting, Guided Tratak (Candle Gazing) Meditation, Vegan Pot Luck and Good Company A shorter Satsang.....after which we share delicious food and good company! Please bring some plant based food to share. We come together to celebrate another year of yoga and community.  Tratak Meditation practiced with friends is a form of fire worship and Satsang, which is so useful in the darker months, it keeps the inner light of consciousness glowing, the spirits lifted and our community connected. Feel free to bring altar offerings for this event. To book donations please - £5 or £10 a cash donation on the day (if you wish to make a cash donation please still book online, select the amount you will donate and proceed with the booking there is then a drop down option to pay on the day)
