PAST EVENT - 7 Week Beginners Yoga Course

Mondays 7.00 - 8.30pm

7 week Beginners - Mon 4th,11th,18th, 25th November, 2nd, 9th and 16th December

Open to complete beginners, restarts and those wishing to consolidate the basics. We will teach you from the ground up, by the end of the course you will have a basic understanding of foundation yoga postures, breathing practices and meditation. You will then be ready to move into an open level class and really start your yoga practice.


Payment: 7 week £70

To secure your place please make a payment as soon as possible

Useful Information:

Please arrive in good time for the first class.

Please bring your own mat if you have one, we do have class mats you can use. However you will need to purchase your own mat for home practice.

Please wear comfortable clothing: Leggings/tracksuit bottoms and vest/ tshirt.

Do not eat anything for at least one to two hours before class, if you are hungry eat a piece of fruit.

Hydrate yourself well on the day of the class, drinking is not allowed during the practice.
