8 week Beginners - Mon 20th and 27th Jan, 3rd, 10th and 24th Feb (No Class in Half Term - 17th Feb) 2nd, 9th and 16th March 2020
Suitable for absolute beginners and re-starts.
The emphasis is on the foundation of a simple, yet effective yoga routine that you can integrate into your life to support mental and physical health through breath based awareness.
On graduation you will have the confidence to join open classes.
The physical practice will be adapted to the needs of the individual as required.
Payment: 8 week £80
To secure your place please make a payment as soon as possible
Please arrive in good time for the first class.
Please bring your own mat if you have one, we do have class mats you can use. However you will need to purchase your own mat for home practice.
Please wear comfortable clothing: Leggings/tracksuit bottoms and vest/ tshirt.
Do not eat anything for at least one to two hours before class, if you are hungry eat a piece of fruit.
Hydrate yourself well on the day of the class, drinking is not allowed during the practice.
