Mark will be teaching a one off class at the beautiful Manor Barn in Harlton near Cambridge. Dharma talk - Sushumna Nadi (The path of Grace) Followed by Steadily paced Jivamukti Vinyasa class incorporating full body Mudras, Pranayama and guided Sushmna Nadi Meditation.

Please bring your own props including a blanket.
