PAST EVENT - Yoga for Birth Workshop

(A workshop for mums & their birth partners) with Fiona Ashman Saturday 22nd February  11.00am - 2.00pm

An active birth workshop, including breathing and relaxation techniques for mums to be and exploring

a variety of ways that  birth partners can offer support during labour and birth. 

There will also be time for discussion, any questions and refreshments!
